Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 24, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information Bridge Solver collects, how we use it, and the choices you have when using our bridge analysis tools.
1. Information we collect
We collect account information such as name, email address, login method, profile image if uploaded, subscription status, usage limits, and authentication data needed to operate your account.
We collect product data you create or submit, including bridge hands, filters, simulation settings, analysis jobs, shared analysis links, messages, and generated results.
We may collect technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, logs, timestamps, and diagnostic data to keep the service secure and reliable.
2. Payments
Payments are processed by Paddle. Bridge Solver does not store your full card details. Paddle may collect and process payment information, tax details, invoices, and billing records according to Paddle policies.
We store Paddle customer and subscription identifiers so we can provision paid access and keep your plan status in sync.
3. How we use information
We use your information to provide the service, authenticate users, run bridge analysis jobs, save history, show shared results, manage subscriptions, send verification or service emails, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Sharing information
We share information with service providers only as needed to operate Bridge Solver, including hosting, databases, email delivery, authentication, analytics, and payment processing.
When you create a shared result link, anyone with that link may be able to view the shared analysis content shown on that page.
5. Data retention
We keep account, billing, and analysis data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security.
You may contact us to request deletion or correction of your account information, subject to legal and operational requirements.
6. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information. No internet service is perfectly secure, so you should use strong passwords and keep account access private.
