Email support@bridgesolver.com and include a short description of the problem, the device you are using, and the app version. Do not send passwords, private keys, or other authentication codes.

Account and privacy requests

The mobile app provides account deletion from the Account screen. You can also contact support for help with access, correction, or deletion requests. Read the Privacy Policy for more information.

Confirm that you are using the latest app version and that your internet connection is working. For analysis problems, include the tool name and the steps that produced the issue, without sharing another person's private information.
