Refund Policy

Effective date: July 24, 2026

This Refund Policy explains how cancellations, trials, and refund requests work for Bridge Solver paid subscriptions.

1. Free trial

Paid plans may include a 7-day free trial when shown at checkout. You can cancel during the trial to avoid being charged when the trial ends.

2. Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription from your Bridge Solver account billing area or through the Paddle customer portal. Canceling prevents future renewals.

After cancellation, access normally continues until the end of the active paid period or trial period.

3. Refund requests

If you believe you were charged by mistake, forgot to cancel after limited use, or experienced a technical issue that prevented meaningful use of the service, contact us within 14 days of the charge.

Refunds are reviewed case by case. We may consider account activity, usage, the reason for the request, applicable law, and Paddle payment rules.

4. Non-refundable situations

We may decline refunds for heavy usage, repeated refund requests, abuse, violations of the Terms of Service, or requests made long after the billing date unless required by law.

5. How refunds are processed

Payments and refunds are processed by Paddle as merchant of record. If a refund is approved, timing depends on Paddle, your bank, card network, and payment method.

6. Contact

For refund help, contact us at support@bridgesolver.com and include the email used for your Bridge Solver account and Paddle purchase receipt if available.
